FAQ

Is RTT evidence-based? RTT draws from hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral principles, and is used by practitioners internationally for anxiety, confidence, performance, and limiting-belief work. It is not a substitute for the treatment of diagnosed mental health conditions or trauma requiring clinical care — this is addressed directly in our screening process.

Is this therapy? No. This is coaching supported by a therapeutic modality (RTT), used specifically for performance, confidence, and leadership-pattern work — not for treating clinical mental health conditions.

I've done coaching before. What's different here? Most coaching works at the level of strategy and behavior. This works at the level of the belief generating the behavior — and then applies that shift directly to your leadership with structured coaching.

How confidential is this? Fully. Details are in your coaching agreement. Nothing about our work together is shared without your explicit written consent.

What if I've never done anything like RTT? Most clients haven't. Your welcome guide and first session are built to make the process clear and comfortable before we begin the deeper work.
